Anderson window sash balancer

Question

This sash balancer came out of a Anderson double hung window that was installed when our home was built around 1969. Many of them are broken and I do not know which one to buy. Thanks for any help.

You have an old Andersen sash balance. We'll need all the code numbers stamped on the balance since different size windows will have different numbers. Thank you!
