Anderson window sash balancer

A quick learner from North Brunswick says:

Sash cord are broken on some sash and loose on other indicating sash balancer is not holding of the sash weight. Picture attached. What are right parts and link for the product. Taken out balancer form top side on window to get number on balancer.
