Can't read code on balancer I think it may be 1600-17

I believe the bottom left of the tab reads '13R'. Is that correct? If so, this balance can be replaced with the 23-13R. This type of Andersen balance is handed, which means you will need a different balance the other side of the window: see the 24-13L.
