Need Anderson window sash balance balance with part number on balance = D94 7# 9 79.
Cam size box dimensions are 6.375 in long, 3 inch wide and 0.75 inch thick
Glass size are 22 in by 28,5 in
I have 2 windows so I need two for left and two for right

Hello! The key symbol here is "#." Typically, the numbers surrounding this symbol is the stamp we want. However, yours are a little peculiar. Can you confirm? If you can, take a picture of that stamp for us to see. We may be able to determine what you have from there.

The number should have been D94 7# 27 9 79. I called yesterday and was given by your phone rep the new part number to be 24-737. I ordered four parts since
"I have 2 windows so I need two for left and two for right" Please let me know your reply.

Oh, great. Yes, the 24-737 is the right match for a "7#27" Andersen sash balance. This can work for both the left and right side. Thank you for your order!
