Anderson wood casement windows - 1995ish with broken cranks

A home owner from Buffalo NY says:
Hello, I have Anderson wood casement windows throughout my home with about half that have cracked and broken what I would call "housing" on the inside of the window, and when we attempt to crank out, most will crank out, but will not close/ return. Can you help me identify the parts I need please? Can you steer me to where I can find the part/style#'s if needed?
I have attached images.
Thank you!

Dave Sr. from SWISCO responded:
Sounds like the operators are worn, with the worm gear pulling out of the operator. I'm not sure which Andersen operators you have: the split arm, like the 39-146 and 39-147, or the straight arm, like the 39-094 and 39-095. Remove yours from the window and see if they match up to one of these operators. Check the dimensions and arm lengths to be totally sure.
