Question

when the casement window with internal blinds is open, the latch slides closed blocking any insects from entering.   Leave it open when closing the window, allows full window closure, knob of blind enters opening.

I'm not familiar with this part and have never seen a casement window with this added function. In this case, the best option would be to contact the manufacturer directly to help you find the part you need. Thanks for posting!
