Andesen window sash balance

I need to order sash balance for andersen window.
Old says Andersen 11600-17 and stamped E379#27 1-86
Can you tell me what to order from you ?

Take a look at the 24-939, which can be used to replace Andersen balance boxes with stamp 9#27. Thanks for posting!
