Andserson Replacement Balance

I have to replace the balance in my windows and the only numbers I can find on the part are 11600-17 (below the company name) and 103 S89 6/02 (stamped on the end flap). Windows were installed in 2002 as part of a new build.

What part number would be a suitable replacement?

I think the key stamps here are those on the flap, but I am not sure what yours is. Could you show us a picture of these numbers? Sometimes seeing how a code is stamped is as important as the code itself. Thanks!

Thank you! Yes, the stamp we want is "1031." I recommend our 24-1033 based on this information.
