Thank you for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we don't sell this lock. I'm not sure if we'll be able to supply a suitable replacement but we can try our best. Can you write out the distance between the two installation holes, measured from center to center? We'd also like you to write out the backset which is measured from the center of the installation hole to the top edge of the lock. You can use the image below as a reference. The 11/16" measurement is the backset.
We have no sash lock with that kind of installation hole center spacing, unfortunately. You're welcome to browse our selection here to see if you think you could adapt one to your window but we can't make any guarantees. I am very sorry that we can't offer a suitable replacement.
