Another Window Spiral Balance

Question

I am replacing another set of window spiral balancers on a smaller window. The tip is up inside the tube on both so I cannot get a picture. Both look to be faded out. The measurements are: 17" long, 3/8" wide, and the sash weighs 10.8lbs.

Is this a tilt window? If so, see our S900-17. Use a Red Tip option, for a sash in the weight range of 6 through 17 pounds.
