Another window

Question

It has the tilt latch and lock latch as the 650 series, but only one side worked and both at one time when I had a screen frame made for it, but could not get the screen in. May be the screen frame was made too tall or wide or both. Do you know the height and width of the screen for that window.. I sent a photo of the tag on the top bar.

The bars on the sides looked different from the 650 series. The bar looked like it was preventing it or making it hard to lift the sash out. The series 650 I just had to tilt the sash 45 degree angle out to remove the screen.I was not know about spiral bars.

What other information or photos do you need from me.

Thanks for reaching out to us. It's hard to say what you have here since your balance is damaged. Is this a tilt window? If so, you'd want to go with either the 3/8" Series 900 or 5/8" Series 600 depending on the diameter of the outer tube.
