it's a clamp that attaches glass door to a delta shower door frame. its a corner 38" round unit. the clamps are about 15/16" x 1 1/4". pretty sure its a delta door approximately 10 years old.the plastic wheels that were on it have deteriorated.

Upon a closer look, this looks similar to our 10-118 or something like our 10-153. I can't guarantee that either will work but compare our dimensions to yours and see what you think.
