Antillon drawer guide - Need Help finding replacement

Unfortunately, these do not have numbers on them and on show the name Antillon.  If anyone can help with finding replacement parts, please let me know as I haven't had any luck searching the web.  Thanks!!

Thanks for writing in. This looks very similar to the 32-081 Kenlin Drawer Socket. I can't guarantee this will work, but it's the closest option we have. Take a look and see what you think.
