Dear Sherlock, I realize Cole Sewell is now defunct and I'm sorry to say the the actual part is missing so I don't even know if it's a swivel handle or a latch. Didn't see a part number on the hardware but included what was on the door. These photos are little to go on but I'm relying on your expertise. Thank you for your fine support.

I'm afraid your original handle is no longer available. I would suggest looking over the 40-152 as a possible replacement. We also offer the 40-130 lever handle with a deadbolt. Either option should match the 1-3/4" hole spacing of your original assembly. Thanks for posting!
