Any help would be appreciated

I have no experience with this kind of door but I am handy and have been doing some research. I'm pretty sure I can figure it out with the correct parts.  I have many more pictures if you need clarity , including pictures of a working door with parts intact. These doors have been a nightmare but my landlord will not replace them so here I am.

Hi there!

We appreciate your patience during this busy season. You have the old Benchmark bi-fold doors. You will need, for one panel, one 21-002 bottom threaded pin that will adjust the door to slide and square up. You will also need three 21-044 spring-loaded pins, one for the top pivot and two for the top and bottom guide pins. The pivot brackets will be the 21-209 and the door bumpers, the 21-276. You will also need some of the 21-163 nylon grommets for the door pins to slide smoothly through the holes.

Thank you so much! Could you tell me which track will work with these doors and pins? It seems as though the bottom track is warped which may have started the whole problem. Thank you

No problem! Please see the 21-401, 21-402, 21-403, and 21-404 bifold tracks.
