We have an apartment complex in Ohio. The windows are failing. I have these photos of the pieces I'm looking to service.

Thanks for contacting us. Looks like you're showing us a couple different balances here, one of which has to be custom made. We'll need you to go into more detail about exactly what you need and the detailed differences between each balance and window needing replacement.

The balance in your first picture has a 15-081 nylon fitting, which is traditionally used with a 19-009 top nylon fitting. This is shown in your third photo.

However, your second and last photo show a 15-001 bottom shoe, which is for an entirely different Series.

Can you confirm what you have? It's important to be as specific as possible. Please go balance by balance, if you can. Start with one balance and give us the top and bottom fittings, the stamp, and then the length of the metal channel. Then give us the same info for the next balance, and so on. We need to split up which balances have to be custom and which balances are standard, since you appear to have a mixture.
