Arcadia door handle replacement

This is an older(1960) arcadia sliding glass door, model 151-2. I need to find replacement handles. Have you seen these anywhere? Any ideas of where to search?

Unfortunately, we do not carry a replacement for the discontinued Arcadia handles shown in your photos. I'm sorry that we won't be able to assist with this repair but please let us know if you have any other hardware questions. Thanks for posting.

Wondering if you found a solution? Have the same door handles and almost all are breaking. Have 7 I need to update if possible and can't even figure out how the handles connect.
