Arcadia sliding glass door handle and latch

Hi,
I need to replace two latch and handle sets in my 1964 Eichler home. Here are photos of one of them. 
 
I’m technologically incompetent; so can you tell me whether you have one of these and how I can order?
I tried to use your web sir and got lost.

Holes, center to center, are 3 7/8 inches apart. 
Is this pic ok. The black thing covering the lock lever is missing.
