Are speacial tools needed to install 58-134 & 58-135 bubble weatherstrip

Is a special tool required to install #58-135 or #58-134 insulation at the bottom of a window? Does the sash need to be removed before replacing the insulation strip?

No special tool is needed. It's easier if you remove sash and slide the bubble into the groove and cut it to size. Sometimes you need to loosen the corner to get to the groove or make a slight cut at the end of the groove to slide the bubble in.
