Are these still made if so what are they called and where to get them if not what is a substitute for them thanks

This is a coil balance system: specifically, you have a 15-111 Pivot Shoe, which uses the Series 160 1/2" thick or Series 165 3/8" thick Coil Springs. Compare the thickness of your old springs to see which Series you need.
