Not sure this is one of yours since the parts on your site look a bit different. But can you identify a pair in your inventory I can replace these with? The bathroom window is about 20 pounds.

Hello,

Your pivot shoe is actually an older version of our 15-180, which uses the Series 190 Coil Springs. You would need to use two of the S190-540 coils on each side of the window to support a 20-pound sash. Let us know if you have any questions and thanks for posting!
