Hello there!

We should be able to help with this. Can you show us a photo of your operator with the window open so that the arms that move the sash are fully visible? That will help us narrow down your options.

Thanks for getting back to me! Our 39-015 looks like a good place to start. Take a look at the specifications and see how they compare with your old operator.

Are you able to see my response above from the 26th of June? Our 39-015 appears to be similar to what you show in your photos but I recommend you review the specifications to see how they align with your old operator.
