I am afraid that stamp doesn't tell us the balance's identity, just its strength. We need to see pictures of the attachments or fittings on either end of the metal channel, preferably with the balance removed from the window so we have a clear view. Finally, please double-check the length of the balance channel (not including the end attachments), and also confirm the stamp on the metal. Many thanks.
