Will this replace screen roller kit #66500055 for a Peachtree Ariel screen door

I'm afraid I wasn't able to cross-reference that number to anything in particular. That's not to say that the 84-028 isn't what you want, just that I can't confirm it based on that number alone.

I would need a clear photo of the original roller out of the door in order to have a better idea of what you have and what may work as a replacement.
