Arm

Question

Unfortunately this part broke.  My window was purchased through Window Wizards before they went out of business .  Because this part is brokeI can only push the window out and to closed it it had to be pushed manually back in.  By any chance do you have this part .  See photos.  Thank you!

I see that you were looking at our 39-091 Roto operator. Assuming that this is the hardware that you're working with, unfortunately, we can only replace the operator base and short arm. The longer link arm that attaches the operator to the window sill has not been available for quite some time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
