Arm broken on crank window

Question

See attached pictures. I have abroken arm on one of the assemblies. The rivet has broke. I cant find a brand or part number to cross reference.  Any idea or help would be appreciated.

Thanks for posting. Hm, this configuration is a little unusual to us. Do you by any chance know who made the window? That would help narrow down the possibilities.
