Arm keeps popping out of clip

Question

HG04-2004U I have an issue that both left and right bottom arms keep popping out of the clip. Can you let me know what the solution is?
I don't see that you sell the same type of clip.

Take a look and compare the specifications of the 39-329 and 39-330 Roto operators to yours. We also offer the 39-553 and 39-554 brackets used with these assemblies, as well as the 39-232 handle. Thanks for posting!
