We'd be happy to look into this for you but we would need you to open the window and show us the operator arms that move the window sash. From there, we should be able to narrow down your replacement options. Thank you!

I can only provide pictures of the right side operator due to the fact that the left side is not functioning. They were bought at the same time so it should be the same for the left and right side

Thanks for these photos. Your operator looks like an older version of our 39-220B. I think this may be what you want, but look it over and see how well they compare.

You'll also note that ours lacks the same white cover. These are sold separately on most operators made today. See our 39-452 set.
