Artrium window

Question

We have Atrium windows and one of the the spring guide on each side of the window that help lower it and raise it has broken. I need a replacement. I have included several photos to help identify the part since I don't even know what the "technical" name is for it. This part is on the left side of the window as you look at it from the inside.

This part is known as a channel balance. It's tough to tell, but start by looking at our S395-27. This comes with the 19-005 top and 15-001 bottom, so as long as those are the same you should be okay. See what you think.
