Ah, I see. This is the thumb lever for an internal tilt latch. We carry a bunch of different kinds, but it will ultimately depend on the size and spacing of the forks.

Start by looking at our 26-234. The fork legs here are 1/8" thick. They go down 1/4" and are 3/16" apart. How does this compare to yours?
