I tried to assemble Roller Guide 23-120 with Corner Block 23-407.
The block hole diameter and roller guide diameter is same, 7/16".

But there are ribs around 7/16" post of roller guide base.
It makes the roller guide diameter bigger and it is very hard to push the roller guide into the block by hand.

How do you push into it? with hammer?

This is a great question. The manufacturer intentionally makes it tight like this so that it won't fall out. I recommend using either a mallet or a block of wood and hammer. Just make sure to use a light touch; these are plastic parts, after all, and you want to avoid damaging them during installation if at all possible.
