Hi there,

We believe you have a Kinco window that uses our 18-166 top sash guide with a S385 balance that has a 1-3/32" depth bottom shoe attachment. Please compare and If you need a new balance, you'll need a S385-30 and the spring weight code stamped on the metal balance channel. Thank you!
