Assistance figuring out this top sash

I recently purchased some 390 balances, and before putting them in I inspected the window and saw the top sash on one end was broken so I need a replacement. Any idea what top sash this is based off the photos?

This top sash guide looks like a match for our 18-166. I think this may be the part you need, but review its dimensions to verify. That will be the ultimate deciding factor and we unfortunately can't garner precise size from a picture of a ruler.
