Assistance identifying channel guide replacements

Thank you for reaching out to us. We can help supply this balance but it will have to be a custom order due to its configuration. The pulley wheel is built into the bottom fitting itself and this balance features an extended cord travel as well as a metal channel length ending in 7/8" which is what makes it custom. For example, the metal channel should measure 19-7/8" long. You can always measure and confirm, if you haven't already, since custom orders are non-refundable. 

Can you tell me the number of balances you're looking to replace? Please note that if the windows differ in size, they'll have different lengths and stamps that we would need to know as well.
