Assistance in correct part to order

Hello,

I am seeking assistance on which is the correct replacement part Attached are images of the balance that broke. "32-4 DA2 CMC 4" is stamped on the metal and showing in the picture. Additional pictures show the top and bottom shoes. I really appreciate the assistance in identifying which model is best suited for this replacement.

Thanks for posting. See our S380-33 or S385-33. The only difference between these two balances is the depth of the bottom nylon shoe, or the 'heel-to-toe' measurement. See the illustration below. Compare both balances with your old one to see what matches best. In either case for a new stamp option go with 3240.
