Assistance in finding a replacement window balance

Hello! I could really use your assistance to determine the correct replacement balance for my windows. I have multiple windows that are completely missing balances and some that have failed. This is one of the failures depicted. The other windows are the same size as the one this balance came off of.

The overall length of the metal channel itself was 27". I couldn't tell which end you were trying to have us measure but both of my ends have wings. I believe they might be 1 3/32 but can't be 100% sure. Could you possibly provide assistance?

We appreciate you reaching out to us. Our S380-27 and S385-27 with the 2640 option look like a good match. The best replacement will depend on the depth of the bottom shoe but I'm afraid I can't make out accurate measurements from photos. You'll have to measure as shown below and use your best judgment.
