Assistance needed in identifying channel balance replacement

Question

Replacing channel balances for my neighbor (did mine!) and her windows are different than mine.

5 windows total
Sashes are 33 inches wide
All sashes weigh between 16.3-16.5 lbs
All channel balances have same stamp measurements as follows:

Stamp 24 3
Width 1/2"
25" length
Top hardware is winged
Bottom hardware is winged
Bottom hardware has depth of 1 3/32".

We appreciate you contacting us again! There are a few replacement options that come to mind. To narrow them down, I'll need to see a photo of the pulley system installed at the center of the balance, where the spring and the string meet.
