Hey there Guy.

Our 26-408 looks like a match. Have a look and see how the specifications compare. As for the pivot shoe, see the 15-087. The Series 180 springs are sold separately though. It looks like your old parts are stamped with the number 4 so you'd want the S180-04 4-pound springs specifically.
