Assistance with Balance

Good day. I am in the need for assistance regarding the replacement of my window balances.

Thank you for the response and apologize for the delay. The window is tilted out, just under 31.5" in length, 5'16" with a yellow tip.

Thanks for reaching out to us! Since this is a tilt window, see the 3/8" Series 900 or 5/8" Series 600 depending on the tube's diameter. We recommend you double-check the length and diameter of the plastic outer tube to be sure.

Note that you don't want to tilt in the sash on the sill. The sash should be up about 3-6" above the sill so you don't damage the pivot shoe.
