Assistance with Identifying Part | Window Channel Balance

Question

Hello,

I hope you can provide assistance with identifying a replacement for a window channel balance. The balance is a 25" long metal channel, the width is 9/16", ribbed, for a tilted window which is around 25-30 lbs. The balance does not have a part number on the metal channel only the following identifier: 24X BSI GL (see attached picture).

Thanks for contacting us. This looks like our S751-25. based on your sash weight, you may want our 24TG stamp, but you should probably get the exact weight just to be 100% sure.

You can reuse your old S clip, but in case that's not possible see our 19-030.
