Assistance with Pivot lock shoe

Question

Request assistance identifying correct pivot locking shoe. The dimensions are 2inx1.5inx.5in. All I can find is 1.25in width on your site. I have 1.5in w and it fits perfectly in the track. Can you help?

Hello,

We'd be happy to help but you would need to remove the pivot shoe from the window to determine the exact dimensions since the jamb liner opening is too small to accurately measure the shoe. I can tell you that 1-1/2" wide pivot shoes are not common, so we would need to see the entire shoe to determine if we can supply a suitable replacement. Thank you!
