Assistance with what item to purchase

Home Owner from Washington state
Hi there! First time homeowner here and looking to fix my tilt window that isn't staying open. Wanting to confirm I'm measuring the white tube part versus the metal internal tube part. The white tube measures 5/8 diameter 23 inches long (the white plastic piece is broken at the end but I think 23" is right). While the internal metal tube that the spiral piece is in is 3/8 diameter and 17inches long. Blue tip. Is the 23" series 600 Spiral Tilt Window Balance the correct option for me?
Thanks!

Thanks for posting! Yes, that is correct. Since the plastic outer tube measures 5/8" in diameter and 23" in length, you'll need S600-23 to replace yours.

Be sure to double check the pivot shoes to determine if they need to be replaced as well.
