Assistance with window channel

Looking for assistance replacing a window channel balance. Details include:
Window was installed in 2006, manufacturer unknown.
Markings on channel balance include: 950 BSI 20806. There is a small marking in front of the 20806 which may be a small J ? therefore J20806
? Length of channel balance from the tip of the metal bracket to the tip of the metal bracket is 26.25"
? Adding plastic slide makes total length 27.25"
? Width of channel is .5"
? Depth of channel is .5"
