Question

Need your help idenfying the part in the pics above.  While my wife was cleaning the bottom sash fill out.  I think I need to replace the whole balancing system i.e.pivot shoe holder anf the pivot rod.  I need part number for what the item is on pics 0-6jpg.  Thank you>. I need these part right away to secure my home.

Thank you for reaching out to us. We're happy to help with this, but your hardware is too obscured by the window sash. Can you show us a full view of the pivot shoe? It'd also be helpful to see the pivot bar so that we can determine the best replacement option.
