Assitance with choosing the right window channel balance.

Good afternoon,

I need to replace a window channel balance. The only stamped information. that I see on my current one says 22B USB.
Could you please explain what that means.
Is that enough information to guide you which product I need? Or do I have to measure or weigh anything?

Hello there, Paul.

The stamp on your balance's metal channel doesn't help identify what Series you have, I'm afraid. It simply represents the weight range your balance is calibrated to support. In order for us to help, I will need you to remove an undamaged balance along with the end fittings intact and show us some photos.
