We'd be happy to help but we would need you to write out the exact distance between the center of your tilt latch installation holes to compare to our inventory. 

As for your balance assembly, you can start by looking at the S600 and S900 spiral balances, depending on if your balance tube has a diameter of 5/8" or 3/8". If you need new pivot shoes and pivot bars a well, we will need to see those parts fully removed from the window, including the exact width and thickness of the shoe.
