Need a new internal locking mechanism, as well as handle for the door described above. One attached picture includes details on door specifics.

Perfect, thank you! Based on what I see in your photos, my recommendation is the 82-218 mortise lock along with the 82-089 handle set. We also sell a keyed version, the 82-086. I'm confident these parts are what you want but look them over and let me know if you have any questions.
