Atrium 5700 window sash balance replacement

Question

JustPurchased a home and one of the windows does not stay open. It slides up but slams right down if you let it go.

It's an Atrium 5700 series window.x about 35" wide and 57" tall or so.

Does anyone know where to buy a replacement channel balances? This window doesn't have any.

If the window is completely missing the balances, unfortunately we cannot confirm the type the window used before. Do you have any similar windows in the house that still have the balances? We may be able to cross reference from there. Let me know!
