Looking for replacement hardware for an Atrium window series 950, approx. size 24" tall by 36" wide. The scissor hardware has rusted away from the window frame, and needs replacing, as well as the piece that attaches to the window itself. May need a complete replacement, but Atrium says that window does not exist in their inventory anymore. Attached are pics of one window that still works.

Hi, thanks for posting with photos!
Please take a look at SWISCO product code 39-083, awning window operator. This looks like what you have. Just make sure to check the measurements against your crank operator and let me know what you think!

Thanks. Measured and that looks to be the correct part (along with 39-170). Any hints on installation? I searched through the on-line videos, but didnt see one that was related to this type of replacement. It looks like the crank is held in place with two screws, but getting to those appears interesting.

Thanks for the photo! You should be able to remove the bottom wood trim sill cover so you can get to the screws in the base of the operator.
