Our Boxer slammed against this door breaking this Weather Stripping/Glass Holder on the outside of the door. Can you offer a replacement for this so that we don't have to buy a new door? Let me know if you need more photos or a sample sent to you.

We unfortunately don't sell retainer strips for French doors. The problem with these is that every manufacturer made these a different way, and even the same brand is known to change its design every few years. That makes it hard for companies like us to keep up.
We do sell alternatives to retainer strips, but they're really only meant for storm doors, which use much lighter glass. I wouldn't be comfortable using those on something as heavy as a French door. I'd be afraid the pane would fall right out.
My recommendation is to contact the original manufacturer of the door directly and see if they can supply you with this exact strip.
